Attending the Great Place to Work Conference

There are two things I love: Rackspace culture and speaking in front of groups (the bigger the better).
When I have a chance to combine these two areas, I’m truly playing to my strengths. This week at the National Great Place to Work conference, I’ll have the opportunity to do just that. I’ve given a lot of presentations over the years about our culture, employee engagement, and building a Strengths-based organization. However, this will be my first speech at a national conference – and I’m honored to have the opportunity to speak.
Not only am I looking forward presenting at the conference, but I’m also excited to hear what other leaders in the cultural revolution have to say. In addition, I can’t wait to throw culture ideas around with Jamie Naughton from Zappos, a true culture guru.
My presentation is part of the “Leading People Through Challenging Times” panel on Thursday, May 7 at 3:15. If you’re at the conference, feel free to stop by or email me if you’d like to meet up.
