Celebrating Datapipe’s Latest Customer Service Win With the Stevie® Awards

Today, Datapipe is excited to announce our nineteenth award from The Stevie Awards, the global business awards that recognize companies for achievements in innovation, customer service, product development, and sales, among other categories. Datapipe is a winner of the 2017 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Services category.

With 19 Stevie Award wins over the past 8 years, we’re honored to be recognized once again for providing exceptional customer service and support. We have a long history of acknowledgment for our customer service, in part because of our dedication to helping our customers achieve their goals through our strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and expanded services offerings. For example, in 2016, we acquired UK managed service provider Adapt to expand our services in Europe. We also partnered with Alibaba Cloud, giving our customers an increased ability to scale worldwide.

We’re always thinking of ways to better support our customers. We strive to act as an extension of our customers’ IT departments, which helps them to focus away from managing cloud platforms and instead focus on what really matters: innovation. Our Operational Empathy® mindset—which centers us around developing a deep understanding of our customers and their objectives—is at the heart of everything we do, and one of the reasons why our customer service department was honored by the Stevie Awards.

The Stevie Awards are a proud tradition at Datapipe, and we couldn’t be more excited to add this latest win to our trophy case and congratulate the full group of winners this year.
