Happy Friday everyone! Just as we did back in January, we’d like to dedicate some editorial space this week to one of the most important parts of Rackspace — our customers.
As providers of exceptional service for the world’s leading technologies, customer success is one of our greatest forms of validation. When our customers succeed, it means we’re doing our job.
One way we like to showcase our customers’ successes is through Customer Stories, an initiative launched by our Customer Advocacy team to provide video, case studies and other information about our customers’ journeys.
Just as we mentioned earlier this year, Racker John McKenna, aka “Johnny Story,” has continued to provide us with some incredible stories from some of our most interesting customers. Here’s a sample of a few of the most recent:
We’ll start off with Burst, a digital production agency based in Rotterdam, NL, which specializes in avant-garde campaigns, web shops and websites.
In in an effort to push their client campaigns worldwide, Burst was looking for a globally-delivered managed cloud solution to give them the reach they needed.
By leveraging Rackspace Managed Cloud, Burst was able to quickly attain the global capabilities they sought, with fast and scalable delivery, backed by Rackspace Fanatical Support. Next up, we have US Dataworks, which delivers enterprise-class payment processing solutions to financial institutions, as well as businesses and government entities.
To further bolster their enterprise-class payment processing solutions, US Dataworks needed a cloud hosting solution built to scale, with a focus on security and compliance.
With Rackspace Managed Hosting, the company’s payment processing platform ClearingWorks was able to quickly meet compliance and regulatory needs while Rackspace handled everything below the application layer. Our final customer this week is OPMC – a website development business specializing in ecommerce solutions based in Sydney, Australia.
OPMC needed a hosting partner that would handle the management of their infrastructure and hardware, and looked to Rackspace Managed Cloud for the solution.
