I’m excited to share the news that today we’re rolling out the much anticipated enhancements to the Rackspace Partner Program. This is an initiative that our channel team has been working hard on for months, creating an integrated partner program that makes it easier than ever for our partners to provide Rackspace’s industry-leading hosting and cloud computing services and solutions to their customers. We’ve formally announced some significant enhancements to our growing Program, including:
- The unification of our four programs into one global partner experience
- Access to a broad range of additional hosted services
- A centralized portal for relationship management
- An integrated compensation structure and tiered benefits for various program levels
This is a big achievement for our team and one we’re incredibly proud to share with our current partners. We’ve always been very committed to the channel, and to growing our business through our partners. For us this means ensuring it’s easy and beneficial for our partners to extend Rackspace services to their customers in the smartest way possible – and it’s our hope that these improvements do just that! In addition to the partner management tools and commission benefits, we’re adding more training resources and learning mechanisms to help partners better understand Rackspace’s product portfolio and how those offerings can help their customers. We’re fanatical about supporting our customers with service, and in supporting our partners with their own growth and ability to service their clients as well.
