Kicking Off Microsoft Ignite 2016

Rackspace heads to Atlanta with breakout and in-booth sessions you can’t afford to miss!

Microsoft Ignite 2016 kicks off this week in Atlanta and Rackspace will be on hand to host a variety of breakout sessions spanning our deep expertise on the Microsoft Cloud.

In addition to those talks (a full schedule is listed below) we’ll also be hosting sessions each day at our booth, #521, in the expo hall. Make sure you come by and see us!

Ignite is Microsoft’s largest conference of the year, and it’s always an exciting opportunity for us to connect with customers and partners and bring folks up to speed on our growing portfolio of managed services on leading Microsoft technologies.

In fact, I’ll be hosting several sessions at our booth throughout the week called “Fanatical Support for Microsoft Technologies, which look at the ways Rackspace supports everything from Azure to Office 365 to Microsoft Private Cloud, and how we’ve helped businesses offload the management of their various Microsoft workloads and tools so they can focus on their core business.

I’m also leading a session titled, “Microsoft Cloud Global Expansion of a Small Business,” on Tuesday, Sept. 27 inside Partner Theater 5. Stop by and check it out!

As a five-time Microsoft Hosting Partner of the Year with more than 14 years of experience working with Microsoft, Rackspace has some of the best and brightest certified experts managing our customers’ Microsoft technology stacks and apps.

That support also extends to SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server and SharePoint, all of which are backed by 24x7x365 operations support, ongoing architecture maintenance, design and management as well as active cyber threat detection and response.

To align with Microsoft’s GA announcement for Windows Server 2016 at Ignite, we will also extend our portfolio of solutions for Microsoft technologies to include support for the new OS on OnMetal, Rackspace’s single-tenant, bare-metal cloud servers. OnMetal Cloud Servers are the first offering from Rackspace to support Windows Server 2016. This is ideal for customers running demanding, data-intensive SQL workloads in the cloud.

Stop by the Rackspace booth at Ignite for more information on these offerings and more, and make sure you check out our breakout and in-booth sessions, listed in full below:
