The process for becoming MCSA certified is a rigorous one, and candidates must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Office 365 cloud-hosted business applications in order to succeed. Every Rackspace employee had to pass two required exams, proving their expertise in both managing Office 365 identities and requirements, and enabling different Office 365 services.

The testing also focused on the Office 365 user experience, configuration options and every step of the integration process for existing identity management and on-premises infrastructure support.
