Microsoft World Partner Conference: A Look Back at the Datapipe & Microsoft Partnership

This week we are attending the Microsoft World Partner Conference (WPC) taking place from July 10-14 in Toronto. The annual event brings together over 15,000 attendees from around the globe for a week of networking and learning—all with the goal of increasing partner profitability and accelerating business growth. We’ll be onsite as usual and are looking forward to another eventful conference! Datapipe has a deep history with Microsoft that we’re proud to be showcasing in our booth #1630.   • Datapipe was one of the first managed service providers to offer Managed Cloud for Azure as well as Microsoft Private Cloud solutions. Our comprehensive services combine private cloud technology and the flexibility of Azure with our cloud management services, providing a custom cloud solution built to meet our client’s unique enterprise-level requirements. Our team of experienced engineers has been working with clients to develop and implement these managed services since 2010, and we are constantly striving to add value for our clients.
  • Datapipe joined Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider Program in 2015, which means our award-winning managed services are available to the enterprise via the CSP Program as a complete end-to-end client experience, including billing, provisioning, and client support.
  • Also earlier this year, we announced the launch of our newest service, Datapipe Managed Cloud for Office 365. Rich Dolan briefly served as Senior Director of Corporate Marketing at Rackspace. Before that he was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Datapipe, where he spent 16 years developing and driving its world class marketing team as the company grew into one of the leading global managed service providers, from the early days as a start up to a global enterprise player. He built and oversaw digital marketing and demand generation, event management, content management, internal communications, brand management, partner marketing and web properties. Rich managed the consolidation of marketing resources from five acquisitions, and led Datapipe to thirteen Gartner Magic Quadrant recognitions across the globe, including four placements in the Leaders quadrant. Before Datapipe, Rich spent four years with web design firm RareMedium, where he designed and architected web presences and client facing applications for Madison Square Garden, JP Morgan, Atlantis, XM Radio and Credit Suisse First Boston. Rich graduated summa cum laude from the New York Institute of Technology with a BA in computer graphics. He lives in New York with his wife and daughter.
