I’ve personally called Rackspace in the wee hours of the morning several times to discuss server issues and with questions. I am always blown away with the support I receive.  I’ve gotten experienced personnel on the phone each time that are helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive – this isn’t the “B Team.”
