Rackspace ANZ: a Great Place to Work — Again!

We’re excited to announce that for the third year running, Rackspace has been named among the top 50 places to work in Australia by Business Review Weekly magazine, placing 12th in 2015 for companies under 100 employees.

Benchmarking the best companies by culture, workplace excellence, management and the role of trust within a business, BRW and The Great Places to Work organisation announced the top 50 organisations at an evening cocktail party yesterday at The Ivy in Sydney.

We’re humbled that the “Best Places to Work” accolades keep coming. In addition to the Australian office awards, our UK office ranked 6th for the past two years in the annual Great Place to Work UK awards of best workplaces, while last year FORTUNE magazine named Rackspace one of the top 100 Best Companies to Work For.

There are a lot of things that make being a Racker — what we call our roughly 6,000 employees around the world — special, like our loyal customers, inspirational teams, and our core values. It’s more than just a day job, that’s for sure.

Walking through the doors of any Rackspace office is like arriving at your second home, surrounded by friends and family. That’s because our culture is a key component of what we do. As a service organisation, our team is at the heart of our business, and we pride ourselves on a culture that nurtures the talent driving our company.

Well done to every single Racker! Our team, culture and high standard of service all continue to make Rackspace ANZ such a great place to work.
