Rackspace Support for Office 365 is Now Available 24/7 in the US!

Rackspace support for Office 365, which was launched with limited availability in May, has now been released into general availability across the U.S., which means that customers can now get access to Rackspace’s fanatical support 24/7!

Office 365, including Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive and Office, has become the fastest growing product in Microsoft history. It enables organizations to get work done by allowing users to collaborate seamlessly across different platforms and devices no matter where they are located.

Since the initial release of Fanatical Support for Office 365 in May, the response from customers has been amazing. The combination of Office 365 coupled with Rackspace’s track record of more than 10 years supporting Microsoft products with Fanatical Support is tough to beat. It would be difficult to find another provider with more industry accolades:

  • 5-time Microsoft Hosting Partner of the Year
  • Microsoft Gold Certified Partner
  • Stevie Award winner for Best Front Line Customer Support

Customers understand that Rackspace is there with them at every step to help support them and get more value out of their investment in Office 365, which allows them to spend more time focusing on their core business. The addition of 24/7 support for Office 365 allows us to provide customers with even more Fanatical Support!

Rackspace sells and supports six Office 365 plans, which include Fanatical Support for small-to-medium businesses (SMB) and mid-market customers including deployment and migration assistance for Exchange, tier-one troubleshooting and prioritized Microsoft support escalations.

The new offering is currently available in the U.S. and will be available in the U.K. in the third quarter of 2015.

  1. Hi there,

Have you considered a third party analytics solution for tracking your SharePoint portal? A solution like CardioLog Analytics drills down deep to provide more robust insights than those available in SharePoint or Google analytics. Many SMB organizations have been utilizing CardioLog Analytics, as its SaaS infrastructure makes it available at an affordable cost and with little maintenance. If you’re looking for more information regarding your portal visitors, navigation paths, search behaviors, and content performance check out http://www.intlock.com
