First Generation Movie Screening
AVID students at Roosevelt High School put together this video to promote “First Generation,” a documentary that focuses on the struggles and lessons learned by several first generation college students. In the video, Roosevelt staff and Rackers talk about being the first in their families to attend college. Rackspace and GenTX San Antonio will host a family screening of First Generation tonight at Roosevelt.
