Senator Charles Schumer Shows Leadership On Patent Abuse
Senator Charles Schumer of New York is helping the tech community and Rackspace in the fight against patent trolls. Next week, he’ll introduce a congressional bill that would create a new vetting process for future patent cases to help snuff out bogus lawsuits.
