Rackspace Startup Program Spotlight: General Assembly

Less than a year ago, General Assembly set off to bring the benefits of collaborative working to New York’s rapidly growing startup scene. From its location in the Flatiron District, GA has become a bastion for tech and innovation in NYC.

The Rackspace Startup Program has worked alongside General Assembly since its launch. While we typically partner with incubators, our relationship with GA is unique in that it isn’t an incubator and actually a startup itself. Given that Rackspace was a startup not so long ago, you could probably say that we dig General Assembly’s startup for startups approach.

Last week General Assembly announced a healthy round of funding that will ensure its capable of continuing on its mission of invigorating innovation in NYC. The crew at General Assembly sat down with us to discuss how things have evolved over the year and to explain how its mission has been supported by The Rackspace Startup Program.
