RelationEdge launches in UK to help customers better market, sell and service their clients with Salesforce

Rackspace and RelationEdge expand application services portfolio to help modernise IT for UK customers

London – 7th November 2018 – Rackspace® owned RelationEdge®, a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner, today announced its expansion into the UK to help deliver stronger business outcomes for customers by improving processes that leverage the Salesforce platform.

The rapidly growing application services portfolio is key to Rackspace’s strategy to deliver IT as a service, as the company helps enterprise and mid-market companies modernise their IT environments.  Over the last two years, Rackspace has expanded its application services by acquiring TriCore and RelationEdge to strengthen its ERP application and Salesforce management capabilities. The company also established a relationship with Couchbase to deliver a fully-managed database service to customers.

RelationEdge’s launch in the UK will help organisations implement, customise and integrate the Salesforce platform for marketing, sales, customer service and business operations.  Together, RelationEdge and Rackspace will deliver a complete solution for businesses looking to modernise their IT: from business process transformation and application portfolio rationalisation, to configuration, integration and management with a Process First, Technology Second® approach.
